a. Establishment of post harvest infrastructure for fresh horticulture produce :
- Integrated Pack house - Equipments for Collection, Cleaning, washing, sorting / grading, pre cooling, packing, Cold Storage, Hand Held NIR instruments (Mango), Hot water drip treatment, etc.

b. Food Processing Sector :
- Processing facilities for value addition (X-ray, Screening equipment, Sortex, IQF, Cooking/ blanching line, filth/metal detector, sensors, vibrators) (Assistance for Sortex for rice and pulses is not allowed)

Max assistance for "Export infrastructure Development" Component is Rs. 200 lakhs & Maximum assistance that can be aviled under this component shall not exceed ₹ 500 Lakhs per beneficiary during five year plan peroid (2021 - 26)
2. Quality Development
a. Quality Certifications and Food Safety :
- Certification of quality and Food Safety Management Systems for all APEDA scheduled products
- ✔ Rate of Subsidy – 50% of total cost
- ✔ Maximum Cap – 5 lakhs per certification
- ✔ Eligible for – Exporters and Other Agencies
- Standardization, Harmonization with International standards for adoption of International Standards
- ✔ Eligible for – APEDA
- Hand held devices including cost of software for capturing farm level peripheral coordinates for traceability systems
- ✔ Rate of Subsidy – 50% of cost of equipment
- ✔ Maximum Cap – 20 lakhs per beneficiary

b. Strengthening of technical and managerial skills :
- Training in India and abroad
- ✔ Rate of Subsidy – 50% of travel cost & training fee
- ✔ Maximum Cap – Rs. 3 lakhs per participant per year per organisation
- ✔ Eligible for – APEDA Registered exporters, APEDA recognized laboratories; Certification bodies accredited under National Program for Organic Production (NPOP), State Agencies
- Seminars/ workshops/ outreach programs etc. organized / sponsored / assisted by APEDA
- ✔ Maximum Cap – 5 lakhs
- ✔ Eligible for – Recognized trade bodies, Chambers of Commerce, Government agencies
c. Assistance to National Referral Laboratory (NRL) and other govt. / public sector / institutions for residues monitoring of agrochemicals, pesticides, Aflatoxins, etc.

d. Testing of water, soil, residues of pesticide, veterinary drugs, hormones, toxins, heavy metals contaminants, microbial count, etc. in agricultural produce / products where residue monitoring activity is implemented by APEDA.

- ✔ Maximum Cap – 5000 per sample & upper ceiling per beneficiary: Rs 20 Lakhs during 5 Years (2021 - 26)
