| 3 | FSC Purpose | It gives an assurance from a foreign agency that the products listed on the certificate are freely sold and manufactured in the country seeking to export a particular item. |

How to apply
| 1 | Filing of online application in ANF - 2H for obtainment of Free Sale and Commerce Certificate |
| 2 | DGFT Regional Authority (RA) shall issue Free Sale and Commerce Certificate (FSC) as per Annexure B of ANF 2H. |
Validity
| The Free Sale and Commerce Certificate issued shall be valid for a period of 2 years from the date of issuance. |
