National Horticulture Board simplified the earlier ‘2-stage IPA Process (Pre-IPA & IPA)’ in to a ‘Single-stage IPA Process to promote ‘ease of business’ while implementing the Schemes of NHB. Accordingly, the IPA Scheme of 2020-2021 is now open, and online applications, in prescribed format for the year 2020-2021, for its credit-linked back-ended subsidy schemes on Commercial Horticulture, Post-harvest Management including Primary Processing and Cold Storage, are being accepted.
However, considering the limited budget, existing level of State-wise pendency, flow of applications etc., the Board reserves the option to close accepting the applications for a scheme or component thereof at any date on All India or on selective State basis.
