- Export Promotion Councils (EPCs) have been issuing RCMCs to its members. In view of the current situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, exporters may find it difficult to get re-validations of their RCMCs from their respective councils.
- It has been decided that Regional Authorities (RAs) of DGFT will not insist on valid RCMC (in cases where the same has expired on or before 31st March 2020) from the applicants for any incentive/ authorization till 30th September 2020.
- EPCs will collect the applicable fees for the year 2020-21 on the restoration of normalcy.
