S.O(E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of FT(D&R) Act, 1992, read with Paragraph 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby makes following amendments in Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20.
Para 4.37 is amended by adding the following point:
4.37 (d) : Advance Authorisation Scheme is not available where the item of export is 'Gold Medallions and Coins' or 'Gold jewellery/articles manufactured by fully mechanised process'.
Effect of the Notification: Advance Authorisation shall not be issued where item of export is 'Gold Medallions and Coins' or 'Gold jewellery/articles manufactured by fully mechanised process'.
